• A laptop and LCD projector, and someone to run it
• A competent sound crew with a copy of the script
• Two guitarists (one electric), a bassist, a drummer and a keyboards player. Sightreading optional.
• A cast
  • The Prince: youngish, idealistic, handsome: light tenor
  • The Girl: youngish, dark, pretty, capable of being both vulnerable and angry, mezzo-soprano
  • The Captain; older, military type, basically honourable, rock tenor
  • The Magdalene: young, attractive streetwalker, alto
  • The Sage: old, wise, teacher, bass
  • The Rumour Monger: wiry, quick, streetwise, baritone
  • The Sergeant: older, somewhat slow-witted, baritone
  • The Beggar: older, mezzo-soprano
• Enough space for both the band and the cast for both rehearsal and performance

And finally, you'll need about two and a half hours for the performance, and several days for the rehearsal!
